The Parkwood Drive Civic Club invites property owners within Section 10 & 13 to a general signing event for 10am - 2pm, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 3734 Rio Vista. Signatures are extremely IMPORTANT for the upkeep of our deed restrictions and retaining our neighborhood beauty.

The ParkwoodDrive Civic Club is a voluntary neighborhood association serving the community since 1924. This deed restricted neighborhood in the heart of Houston is bounded by the intersection of South MacGregor Way and Texas State Highway 288. It is east of the Texas Medical Center and Hermann Park,and south of Interstate 45 (Gulf Freeway).
